Good Sized showroom! staff were knowledgeable and products are great quality.
I was reluctant to buy from Highgrove Bathrooms after seeing the poor quality and design in friends bathrooms. It all looks great in the showroom but doesn't last the distance and looks shabby fairly quickly. Despite this I did choose to purchase two shaving cabinets thinking there would be little wear n tear. Be warned as I was told on the phone by one employee "they are sales people not installers". This was in response to why they had provided incorrect advice before purchasing. I asked if they would be suitable to install between two walls and if any gap was required. No I was told, the doors are designed to open within the parameters of the cabinet so nope no gap needed. My builder even allowed a 2mm gap but we cannot open the doors. Now Highgrove don't want to know about it. This backs up other revirws about their after sales service. My advice save yourself the pain, cost and stress and shop at a reputable bathroom supplier.
