Highly competitive pricing. Highgrove products are better quality and cheaper than Bunnings and other places. They occasionally have some great deals on here.

Unfortunately myself and my husband did not have a very positive customer service experience at this showroom. We were not greeted or offered assistance at any point during the 20ish minutes we were wandering around the showroom. Fair enough at the start as all 3 staff were dealing with other customers, but after 2 of the staff had finished with their previous customers they chose to sit and chat amongst themselves rather than assisting. Again, fair enough I thought as I’m an adult and can ask for assistance if needed. So I proceeded to the counter to ask for help. After I ask my question about the toilets, I’m looked at like an idiot before the man, rather rudely, tells me that what I’m after isn’t an option. Assistance ends there. No further help. No further information. No further sales opportunity. No one gets off their chair. We left and went to Reece.
