Absolutely amazing customer service from the team at Highgrove Ipswich all round. In particular my partner and I would like to thank Sam for going above and beyond to help us do up a quote for supplies we were needing as we are in the process of building a house. Each time we came to the store Sam was always willing to help with any queries we had, no matter how big or small, and always with a smile. Thank you so much mate for always making us feel welcomed

Just finished our bathroom renovation last month, Highgrove Ipswich store provided heaps helps!! I am a newbie for renovation and the stuffs are so knowledgeable and helpful. Great price and a good range of products which we will still go back to them next time. LOVE how my bathroom turns out in the end! Thank you guys :)

great people, prices are firm and expensive, they are very happy to take your money and give it back in the form of a credit not that will expire if you cant and don't use it. the sad thing is I would not have posted this if they did the right thing. Sad sad bunch of people in the store. Don't use them, save your money for a more reputable company with modern policies and procedures that involve full refunds, not trickery to keep what you have worked hard to earn. hope this helps some other poor soul to a free choice in products.
