I attended Highgrove Bathrooms as I had an unknown shower screen in my house that the brackets holding the shower screen had broken on. After being fobbed off from other bathroom stores trying to sell me a new product. The staff here quickly assisted and provided me with replacement brackets. Highly recommend for their continuing good service.

We almost didn't check out this store! Our misconception was that it sold very expensive products. Both our plumber and builder highly recommended Highgrove Bathrooms. Once you enter the store, and you're warmly greeted by their friendly, professional team, then you check out the price tags - you know things are only going to get better. The location is fantastic, situated on busy Stanley Street, so it's handy and easy to get to. Their is plenty of parallel car parks directly out the front of the showroom, which is a big plus considering it's CBD local. The well stocked showroom is extensive and well laid out, with new items and additional designs being added regularly. Prices are brilliant, the only problem is making up your mind. All their items are top quality products, with lengthy warranties, so you won't have issues, and if you do, you know you have built in "peace of mind" buying from a reputable company. Highgrove Bathrooms set themselves apart from their competitors with their fantastic customer service, and proactive approach to renovation support. Cameron solved several renovation issues for us, suggesting we could change the face of the bathroom vanity we liked, so it tied in with our plantation style kitchen cabinets. They do operate as a team, which is a huge plus, no scary sales commission types. If your contact person isn't available, handover is seamless as it's all documented and filed in their system. Highgrove Bathrooms offer brilliant service, great designs, superior quality products with knowledgeable, caring, supportive customer care. Give them a go!

Inferior quality products. Poor service when trying to return a faulty product. Will never shop here again, if you want quality and good service don't buy from Highgrove. Your response is incorrect. We went in person to the store to fill out the warranty and spoke to the store manager who said it was not a warranty issue and there was no crack and that the brown discoloration was calcium? Didn't realise calcium was brown he told us to clean with CLR. We have since taken this to Reece who said there was a clear internal crack with possible oxidation. They said if it was their product they would have replaced ASAP. We purchased their product and are in the process of sending our photos and poor experience with this store to the state manager.
