An appalling workshop, won't do anything that is slightly complex. Have heard of many people having their work turned away because it's too hard. For it to be easily fixed by a private workshop that can be bothered for a fraction of the price that they eluded to it costing. Would not recommend and a sorry excuse for a mechanical repairer, more of tick and flick money machine.

Was sold an old model ( new ) Victa lawn mower but was not advised of its age. Further queries via Victa head office prompted me to find it had an engine that was manufactured in 2017 ! Got my money back. Buyer beware. An appalling buying experience !
