This review was long time coming. I'm a very happy customer! Rohit is very knowledgeable and highly experienced. They will choose the right vacuum to suit your budget. Iv purchased three in last 5 years. One for my father and 2 for me. The first one was a cheaper vacuum and the old saying is you get for what you pay for. Now (5 months ago) I purchased the new Tineco and hands down worth every cent. Appreciate their knowledge and information given to me. Keep in mind these guys are actually happy and bubbley not the sales sales man coming out. I can say this because i am a repeat customer as well as I take my vacuums back for cleaning/servicing. GO TINECO!

I bought my vaccum 5 years ago in this store and was so impressed by the customer service, knowledge, genuine passion and friendliness extended to me that I have never forgotten. Went back yesterday for a part and was again blown away by all of the above from store owner Rohit. I wish all retail experiences were like this - you guys are the BEST in the biz!!! Went to Godfreys at Greensborough on Christmas eve to purchase a vacuum cleaner for my wife for Christmas. I found the service to be excellent with advice to match, very happy with Rohit and Roy, they even helped set up an afterpay account to make paying for the cleaner a little easier on the pocket for me. Highly recommended.
