The customer service for this shop is appalling. I arrived at opening times, the only customer in the shop. Being the only shop in the town that sells parts for vacuum cleaners, I arrived with all the information needed to get a new part. They wouldn't even look for a part. I arrived home and ordered it online, with no BAD customer service. With many shops closing in mount gambier, I would be very concerned with who is the FACE of your shop. Will also be calling head office, they need to know your level of customer service
