had an absolutely amazing experience at this store today. the two gentlemen working this weekend went above and beyond with their customer service and helping us out. will be recommending to all our friends and family in the area to go here when needing a new vacuum. with only being supplied with 1 register they’re doing their best to serve customers while being respectful at the same time.

Very bad customer service. Staff are very rude . I bought a expensive 2100 vacuum cleaner , within warranty period I went 5 to 6 times for repairs in different God Frey’s stores but every time when I sent for repair usually I used to get a back up vacuum cleaner until come back from repairer but the Miranda stores staff rudely deny the request. I asked can I speak with supervisor, he said I am the supervisor, later on I found he was not supervisor. Personally my experienced from Miranda store was shocking and disappointing. I won’t go ever to buy anything at God Frey’s forever and I won’t recommend of my any well wishers.

Guys on the weekend gave great customer service and couldn't do enough for us. We bought a Vorwerk VK 150 with mop head and absolutely love this great product. Doing the floors is not such a chore anymore and saves me heaps of time as the mop vacuums and mops all at the same time. Thanks for all your help guys, highly recommend!

Went there the frist of April to buy a Stick vaccum in sales electrolux. It was not available so they ordered one. 5-11 days they said. After this period expired I called them. They told me to wait longer. One month later and after five calls with promise of calling me back... still no call back and no vaccum!!! This is just a joke and inacceptable. I Hope to one day receive a call and will ask for commercial gesture as it is just such unprofessional behavior!!! I would have never bought it under these circumstances if i knew...
The service here is absolutely appalling. Buy your vaccuum elsewhere.
