James the manager at the Kotara Branch has quite an Arrogant attitude. On the phone, & in person on 2 other seperate occasions. I'd rather travel further, or go else where than interact with someone who's young & cocky. The other older more mature men that work there are good.

Bought a vacuum from this store a few months ago and have been back regularly for replacement bags etc. These days good customer service is increasingly hard to find so it was a breath of fresh air dealing with Mick and James both going out of their way to make my shopping experience five-star with each return! Extremely knowledgeable and professional customer service! Highly recommend! :)
Purchased a robot vacuum as a click and collect. For some reason the purchase didn’t go through but was charged. They were so helpful and worked quickly to refund the error. Ended up buying it in store and it is the Best Buy! I’ve bought all my cleaning products through Godfreys and they have always been so helpful. Even with repairs very fast turnaround time.
I ordered a vac for click & collect when my old faithful died this morning. It was ready and waiting for me however guy in the store suggested I might not be entirely happy with my choice and took the time to demonstrate why he felt another model would be a better choice for me. Extremely happy with the performance of the vac I brought home. Very helpful and informative in store.
Bought a cleaner here when I moved in January. Salesman was helpful, I did buy a more expensive cleaner than I went in for, but, unless there was trickery involved (which I don’t think there was) the machine I bought does a far superior job to the one I was going to buy. And it only cost 100 more, so it wasn’t expensive. Its a rechargeable stick vacuum and my daughter and I are very happy with it.
