Thanks to Sean from your Fountain Gate VIC store, brilliant from start to finish as are the other staff there but your repair centre leaves a lot to be desired. I suspect they NEVER actually tested my Wertheim vacuum, just cleaned the powerhead. TAKE 2 MIN, see the issue! Having spent over 1500 I am less than pleased with the repair centre who are letting down the excellent work of the store staff who are left to cop people's frustration. My rating is for the excellent store service, if I was rating the repair centre they'd get ZERO STARS.

Where should I start. On a lovely Tuesday morning I decided to head to Godfrey's fountain gate store to treat myself to a new vacuum head and possibly a cheeky new vacuum. Upon entry to the store i was not even acknowledged by the clerk, she spent 10 minutes talking to a center management person about her life and was not bothered that there was a customer in the store in need of tending to. Just when I thought her chit chat was done and i was finally going to get some service, the other lady says goodbye but then the Godfrey's clerk decides to tell her that if she goes and gets a vacuum from elsewhere that she should come in and show her which led on to another conversation. That was the last straw for me and I decided to take my business elsewhere.

Very poor customer service, I asked them to order a cloth filter for my vacuum as they didn’t had in the store paid in full, Went to pick it up after 9 days they order the wrong product and acting like it’s my fault! Instead went to godfreys in Cranbourne they were very helpful! We’re not godfreys eBay are we! Of course It doesn’t fit! Comments like this you can keep it you self!

Went to your store today and was served by Kennith. He was so friendly and helpful and although you didn't have what i wanted in store he was helpful enough to help me search for a store that had the stock as i requested. I had quite a few questions and not once did he make me feel like i was taking up his time. Great staff to have in your store!

I had no choice but to click a star otherwise they are worth none! Paid for a robot vacuum a week before xmas on a thursday said i needed it in time before xmas... Girl at the fountain gate store said it would arrive with new stock the following monday and they would call and all stock should arrive before christmas!!!... in the end i had to keep trying to chase it up, nobody at the store seemed to know what was going on, they scribbled things on scrap pieces of paper (list of orders ppl made) and i eventually rang the clayton store organised to pick one up there in time for xmas... 1 week after NEW YEAR same girl calls and says hey your vacuum arrived no organisation, absolutely lost staff...

They give you warranty but will try and make every excuse possible not to fix your vacuum. Warranty doesn't exist with this company.
