Very happy with my new i-Vac x20 Stick Vacuum Cleaner. I took advantage of free postage for over 100 purchase and received within 3 working days. I have a fully tiled house and this product works really well especially with the dust detector (built in light on vacuum head). It's light weight, quiet and quickly charges ready for use. Only disappointment....no wall mounted bracket to store the cleaner (unlike my old one) unless there is one available and I'm not aware of it. Can highly recommend this item

Bought a Hoover Ultra Light Cordless Hand Stick today, I new what I wanted so easy sale but the sales guy was not at all cheerful (you don't have to be cracking jokes but...) I know its Australia Day and he's working but cheer up or let someone else have your job.

I put a Kirby vacuum in for repair.i got a call from them saying that they couldn't get parts for it.they showed me a 1900 machine. When I got home ,I unscrewed the casing and there is no way this was ever opened by them . They didn't charge me but they didn't do anything.
