We visited their showroom at Gladesville to check out the options available at lunch time on a Saturday. We met Eddie there and he answered all our questions. Amazingly, he then came to our place that same afternoon to measure and quote. The fly screens and balcony door were then installed by the following Tuesday (a turnaround of only three days)! We were so happy with the quick and efficient service. The quality of the fly screens and door seems very good, and they were very well installed as we had difficult window frames and live in a very windy place. Eddie was very good to deal with and a lovely person! We highly recommend North Shore Aluminum and will definitely use them again in future.

Just had some flyscreens installed in our new home. Pretty happy with how they look and with the quality! Overall quite pleased with the service we were provided. There was some confusion over the costs and they were quick to respond and refunded the difference when I called them. They really do seem to care about the customer and the service rather than simply making money. Would reccomend!
Eddy from North Shore Aluminium is a treasure - a craftsman and a problem solver. We have been told for years there was no way of putting a screen/security door over the external glass door to the kitchen, owing to the configuration of door, windows and bench. Eddy loves a challenge and came up with a great solution, which means we can safely leave the glass door open in summer or to release cooking smells. He also installed made-to-measure fly screens and doors elsewhere in the house in colours that matched the surroundings. A word of advice: if you have cats or dogs, do get pet mesh on your screens. We didn't, and thanks to the attention of three cats' claws, we have just had Eddy back to replace conventional mesh with pet mesh.
Poor service. Asked for a quotation and wouldn’t provide unless we go ahead. Not sure why the hype. Poor line and he just hung up because I didn’t give the okay.
