I shopped around comparing products, prices, customer service and quotes. My requirements were a bit out of the ordinary because I wanted a roller blind for the entry way to my walk-in robe to hide it's contents. From the warm, friendly service I received from Sarah at the Engadine office, to Paul who came out to quote, right through to Steve who installed the blind, I was thrilled with the customer service and professionalism I received. I did have to wait longer than I had hoped for my blind but being a special order, that is to be expected. I can't recommend Wynstan Engadine highly enough.

We were really impressed with the initial FaceTime quote and the in house measure before instillation. However we then waited 5.5 weeks not 3 as advised for our installation. They then installed the blinds however half of one blind was missing. We then were told we would get a call to organise the installation of the missing pieces. I had to chase this up, then we’re told it would be the next Monday. Monday came and no one showed up. We called, it was then going to be the next day. They came and installed the next day. We were also under the assumption the blinds were being installed under the door frame neatly, however they poke out. I don’t feel this was explained well at all at the time of the home measure pre instillation.

Wynstan installed our new Venetians today. We are extremely satisfied with our choice and very happy with the service and professionalism. From the person who quoted to the office staff at Engadine what they said they did. Steven who installed our 6 large Venetians arrived on time, was very helpful , removed the old ones and cleaned up the mess. Finally, they were the best quote out of 4. I would definitely use them again.

I have used lots of companies in the past for blinds. I live in Bundeena. Others have always found it too difficult to come out to Bundeena. Wynstan didn’t flinch about the distance. They also accommodated us by coming out to do the quote on Saturday. Extremely professional informative of their products. Installation efficient and on time. Can’t fault Wynstan.
