I've bought a Chiq fridge off Betta on , it broke down after (17)months. Called then with repair and it's been a month. Only thing that's terrible than the fridge is Bettas customer service. Very disappointed and I'd be very very recommending this even to an enemy.

Incredibly happy with the service we recieved from Betta Electrical - price matched another store and then offered free delivery and disposal of the old appliance.

These people are so helpful. We refuse to go to Hardly Normal. We find Betta's prices are better than HN by a long way. eg 99 at HN and 75 at Betta. Wont shop anywhere else. Great friendly service and you don't have to walk a mile.

So they have a sign out front saying come in "we need your business we won't be beaten on price" walk in no one said hello we had to say hello first to get anything out of them, we walk around with no one asking if we needed help we walk over to Washing machines and basically no machines had prices the lady working there in the section was to busy catching up on gossip to even ask us if we needed help (the company has said she was talking to a customer.. last time I checked customers don't sit down behind a desk) we walked straight out to spend 850 elsewhere.
