After 26 or so years it was time to say goodbye to our old washing machine. We went and checked out E&S at Blackburn and seriously, so glad we did. Had a good range of washers and dryers and the staff there were great. I liked how the salesman showed us around the various machines and then told us where he would be if we needed anything. No pressure, no stress. Needless to say we purchased from there after making up our minds on what machine to buy. So when we were told that there was a wait on our machine. E&S sent out a loan machine, free of charge. Unbelievable. That's what customer service was all about.
