I have to say that both Jane and Kate offer the most wonderful customer service ongoing and seriously go over and above in their sales duties and treat their customers with such respect. I can't rate this gas company enough and wouldn't use anyone else for both our residential and investment properties!

I was left a passive aggressive note in my mail box from the technician that attended my house.. swearing at me, an issue that could have simply been rectified by a phone call. I am deeply disappointed by the lack of professionalism, understanding and service. This is a revolting way to conduct business. There is no way I would ever use this company.

Elgas Sunshine Coast are wonderful, ran out of gas Friday night, phoned Elgas on Friday at 8.30pm just hoping for an early delivery Monday morning. Got an awesome surprise when an Elgas delivery arrived Saturday morning, the driver saw our order, he was in the area so delivered. We were so grateful we did not have a weekend of cold showers. Huge thank you.

Elgas drivers need training if they are to drive trucks loaded with gas bottles. Very scary incident on Thursday when Elgas driver was tailgating me so that I was unable to parallel park after indicating. Then Had to drive on to a Shopping centre car park and as they drove past the entrance they were madly sounding their horn as if I had done something wrong. I think when ferrying around gas bottles these drivers need to be more careful.
Was promised next day delivery and never got the bottle. No communication to let me know they were not coming. They think they are doing you a favour instead of treating you like a customer. People need gas to run their homes so step up the efficiency.
I like the ease of ordering online. Its fast and simple..
