Turned up on Saturday, mid morning, with my pole trimmer in hand that wouldn't idle. Needed it urgently for a job that day. I fully expected to be given a job number and told to come back later in the week. But NO,...... the friendly service gentleman came to take a look, and with barely a word set up my pole trimmer with screw driver in hand. A few adjustments to the trigger, handle and carburettor and he had it running like new in 5 min. He handed it back to me with a nod, and set off to serve the next customer. When I went to pay, I was politely refused, despite repeated attempts on my behalf. So with a heart felt thank you to the lady at the desk, I left. You just don't get great service like this anymore. I know where I will come back to when my mower needs servicing. Thanks M&M team.

If I could give 6 stars plus I would ‘ very friendly very helpful. Only thing is I would not go here if your in a hurry because the shop is full of customers who think this place is superb all patiently waiting their turn ‘ just like I did and walked away very happy as they managed a repair to my whipper snipper which I was told was not fixable’ also bought my new mower today and it’s fantastic ‘ And out with the old which they offered to take off me . Taken months to repair demo saw, after repair with no discussion on costs they hit me with 650 approx cost for service and repair and also dismiss anything I say. If something is going to cost over 50% of value of item it would be polite and good business practice to advise customer before progressing with repair.

Great service. Picked up a nice Victa which made short work of our big backyard. Paid a little extra to get the 4 blade mulch version which means not having to empty the catcher every few minutes. Highly recommended.
