How many time's can a senior employee incorrectly fill out a form ? Staff training is required at this branch or better still try employing competent staff who know what to do with some actual interest

Applied for 8K loan, recieved conditional approval and have submitted all the required informations but it has been over two weeks and not progressing. Don over the phone keep lying and have to follow up everyday and he would ask millions of questions, information were provided over 20 email exchanges, completely waste of time. I have got another loan from Top4 bank and funds disbursed within 24 hours, lots easier and treat customer with respect unlike CUA that treat someone that begging for 8k loan. We had CUA loan before and never late when making repayment and even paid the loan earlier but we will never bank again with CUA, just waste of time. PLEASE PLEASE think twice before submitting any application online, it will be extremely difficult process!
