I'm not quite sure what her problem was, but she was quite rude in her customer service skills. I went to enquire about a withdrawal and she immediately cuts you off in conversation. She didnt hear the end of what we were really asking about, as there was some complexity to what we were enquiring about. Throughout our time with her, she was snappy and inconsiderate in her behaviour. It honestly was the worst Ive experienced at a bank. She also, went out of her way to make things difficult for us during christmas time. While I understand that there are some issues to which she may be correct. Its was her outward poor behaviour that make me write this review in the first place. Her name is Meer. Ask someone else to help you if you get her.
