Super SERVICE - by EMRE We have been a customer of Cook and Bathe for several years now for all Bathroom & Kitchen fittings and fixtures on our projects. Emre has become our new Account Manager and Sales Assistant. He is based in the Flemington Store. We recently had to change our order once it was delivered as some changes occured on site and Emre actually picked up the items himself that were still in perfect condition and in their packaging. At the sametime he dropped off the updated order we placed with him only a couple hours earlier. This kept our tradesman happy on site and the productivity to continue. He didn't have to do this however this is service at the highest level as he knew we couldn't get a courier there quickly enough. This is not the first great experience of Super Service with Emre it's on every call and every email, he will always go the extra mile to get pricing, respond to emails, calls back and sources products that suit our clients budgets and as per our specifications. I highly recommend Emre from Cook and Bathe as he is one of a kind being a young chap displaying customer care and service of this level is very rare these days and very few people can experience this in retail these days. I have Renovated a bathroom and kitchen. I'm a very fussy and always wanted a great quality with value for money product also a company that can provide great service. I got all from Lucy at Bourne Bathroom & Kitchen Centre, Flemington. She is a very friendly and a knowledgeable staff member. I have chosen tap ware, sinks, toilet and shower set and I am so happy with all the products. I will highly recommend Bourne Bathroom & Kitchen Centre, Flemington for all your bathroom and kitchen products. The staff are knowledgeable, helpful and always provide great customer service. Michelle Mc Cormack gave great advice and assistance when I recently refurbished my Bathroom and Laundry. I'll be asking for Michelle again later this year when redoing my Kitchen. I recommend Michelle for her very attentive customer service.....she's an asset to Cook & Bathe!
I have found dealing with Sales staffs at Cook&Bathe are absolutely delightful. Especially Kapil who has gone out of his way to assist us in choosing the perfect pieces for our dream bathroom and making sure the prices are also reasonable. Ive bought most of my kitchen wares in Cook and Bathe. The price range they have were decent but the staffs are great at giving out good discount. Very helpful staff good quality material very happy with the new kitchen that I have now.
We're building a house and needed tapware, toilets, sinks, heated towel rails and basins for 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and laundry. Was going to shop around but in the end got everything from Cook and Bathe in Ascot Vale. They have a huge range of quality brands and products, outstanding service and a can do attitude. Michelle is brilliant and helped with everything. Highly recommended!
