Extremely rude and unprofessional man (Jim). Yelled at me before I could finish my sentence. Beware! Also, it's certainly NOT the cheapest in South Yarra. I was calling to see if he could match a much cheaper quote a few blocks away. I am now more than happy to walk those few blocks and go with the other place who have a polite and professional salesperson.
