Please beware! Parked yesterday for 4hrs and paid 80, I was shocked I have never paid more than 50 to park in the city. There was a big flashing sign out front that said parking 15. I thought that would be the cost, but read the fine print, 15 for 15 mins probably what they meant. Given the financial climate who can afford that. Makes me so mad, how are we supposed to travel and support business in Brisbane when it costs 80 to park. Not even a full day! No explanation of costing is against QLD government law and regulation. Will be taking this further.

I paid for two nights here, was much cheaper than what my hotel was offering to keep my car for. Super easy to organise, I sent them an email, they sent me in an invoice, I forwarded it to sales and got a call to pay for it. Obviously more expensive than I wanted but for Brisbane it wasn't bad. It was right next to my hotel which made it perfect too! We drove up to level 4 to get a parking spot that wasn't reserved, the parks are quite thin which is a little scary when you are on a slant. Begging to have doors hit your car really. The lift was dirty but fine to use. No hassle for us at all really. Pin code worked fine as well.

Good location and use secure a spot via their website to get a good ideal on casual parking.

Avoid this parking facility at all costs. Got charged double for leaving EARLY! Utter scam. If you are daft enough to use this carpark (there are plenty of others, which incidently are cheaper) ignore the address in the confirmation email - the entry isn't there..

Prepaid midweek parking but didn't even park here because most levels are reserved with cars double parked, no mirrors to show oncoming vehicles where it's only safe for 1 car to pass at a time. No disabled spots designated on lower floors, if at all. Was difficult to find available spots and would have taken forever to leave - quite a few people waiting for the 1 lift on each floor too. Definitely worth looking for on street parking or going elsewhere.

Take exceedingly long/not at all to assist with issues and assistance button did not work. Missed a dinner reservation due to their lack of prompt service

Needed casual parking in the middle of the day for an hour, costed me 48. 7 floors are reserved parks or rental car returns. I probably spent 20 just searching for a park. Unbelievable.

Parking here seemed great in theory. We were going to a concert at the riverstage. So it’s incredibly close and super practical to get to. The thing we didn’t factor in was the fact it took 20minutes in the elevator line post concert. And then another hour and a half to actually get out of the car park... absolutely infuriating when we had to drive back to the Sunshine Coast that night.
