I generally don't write a review unless I feel I need to. My dad and I really like Godfreys Chadstone is because of the great service Sean has given us. Sean has always been very helpful, exceptional and excellent in explaining some of the products Godfreys can offer. I strongly believe that others gave a thumbs up to this store is purely because of Sean. @Godfreys team, please appreciate Sean's effort in providing excellent customer service. People like Sean are hard to find.

Worst customer service in Chadstone. Especially with the ‘manager’ Joe. Very obnoxious and rude. My problem with my faulty 300 vacuum cleaner hasn’t been solved. Also, my Dyson 600 vacuum cleaner took it to get it checked. He said, chuck it out. Went around the corner, they changed the filter and it worked fine! Shame on you godfreys.

I didn't know anything about vacuum cleaners nor did I have any idea what I wanted. But Joe told me everything I wanted to know, demonstrated a couple of best suited ones for my needs and taught us everything we need to know about keeping the cleaner in good shape. Never got this experience from anywhere else as other places expect us to know everything and they just there to make more sales. Awesome specialised service. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Just talk to them. Then they will do their job well

I bought a Hoover Vortex Pro from this store priced at almost 600. I have used it twice and now it has malfunctioned after owning it for barely 2 mths and using it twice. They now want to shovel me into the repair process - I would think that any fair minded retailer would want to replace the unit- subject to determining that I have not used it improperly which I have not. To add insult to injury, the salesman I spoke to on the phone seemed to be suggesting that I should have bought a 1,200 unit?? Simply galling. I understand these storesw are franchises but they run for cover behind national company policies when it suits them. I'll be checking out Aust Consumer Laws but there is a higher ethical retailing issue at stake. Surely! Buyers please beware. Regarding your reply: if you read what I said you would understand that I have already contacted you and you provided me with duck and cover approach of a franchisee. I cannot recommend you.

Just walked into the Godfrey's chadstone store to purchase myself a new vaccum. Waited around for 5 minutes. No staff member to be seen Walked straight out and bought myself a new vac from good guys . NO staff in the store is inexcusable..
