A big thank you to Jed and Bob yesterday. I am hearing impaired and use a sound bar to increase the sound level on my television to a point where I can hear it without subtitles. Over the past week I realized that the battery in the remote for the soundbar was going flat and it didn't matter what I did I couldn't release the battery door to change the battery. In the finish I rang Camberwell Electrics for some assistance and they referred me to the distribution centre which as it happened was just down the road. I called at the centre and Jed and Bob assisted with the change of battery and advise how I could get the battery door open in the future as it was not really straight forward. Again many thanks for your assistance Bob and Jed I can now go back to hearing the TV and not reading subtitles

Recently had three split system air conditioners installed. The staff i dealt with were clearly knowledgeable, they asked questions to get to the right product for us (rather than pushing a product) and the installation was on time and all went smoothly. It was a flawless experience.

Great service. Unfortunately my fridge died; however I walked into Camberwell Electrics at 4pm Thursday and at 9am Friday I had a brand new fridge delivered and installed. Thanks to Lachlan for making it happen. Oh and it was a great deal as well!
