Had an encounter with a great customer service rep of Godfreys. Look for Tuan! The wife and I where looking in purchasing the Werthiem Series 7 after seeing a Demo back 3 months ago but did not purchase as we where not able to spend that much for a vacuum. Well we where ready to purchase it and we met Tuan, we noticed the Werthiem evolution stick and gave us a wonderful price! We bought the combo! Unfortunately the Werthiem Series 7 was out stock, waited for a week got a call from Tuan saying it's arrived and will be delivered at our door step. It arrived as promised! I highly recommend Tuan to deal with you he has the care and service that very rarely you will recieve these days! Both Vacuums runs well as expected and is a keeper! Cheers Blacktown Godfreys!

Blacktown, Westpoint, store Manager Tika has been great. Been a customer for over 3 years and he has been consistent with the service. We now have been sold the Wethiem Evolution on the 11 per week plan (with no interest) and I believe it's a great product after showing as the demonstration in store. Worst salesman . Avoid this place go anywhere else. Had to call customer service Godfrey (in the store) for him to return an item. He also wrote down representatives name. The salesman knew nothing about store policy. Please replace this person or send him on training. Dragging Godfrey's name in the mud. Vacuums are great though.

Like to thank Tika your Westpoint Store Mgr and Tuan for the good customer service we received. We went to look and compare only re: Hoover turbohead barrel but ended purchasing both a Wertheim barrel and stick vacuum. All features were explained and demonstrated, not pushed and allowed to really test out ourselves. Tika gave us a great package deal. Have a Dyson stick, but LOVE the superior job and dual battery of wertheim that allows a fantastic run time to complete whole job without having to wait for recharge , actually pretty much use it most of the time. Also power control on handle is a bonus when using. Barrel does use a bag but neat cannister option allows quick empty and prolongs bag life. Not quick feedback as have had almost 5months now and STILL very happy with purchase and to recommend.

Very pushy customer service by 2 salesman in the Blacktown store. They expected me to buy a 800 vacuum in 5 minutes. Didn't want to demonstrate the unit as well. Godfrey's staff need to be trained for Australian customer service. They lost the service because of the rude, arrogant attitude. Will never go there again or will not recommend Godfrey to anybody. Go to Good Guys if you want to buy a vacuum.

Great location but not much of customer service. Salesman was too pushy expecting me to buy something within an instant and his attitude changed suddenly when I told that I am just enquiring about products and might not buy today. Told me in a sarcastic way that buy I should buy 98 vacuum cleaner that was on clearance if the top range is bit high for me.

Got politely thrown out of store because I wasn't willing to go for upsell and buy on the day: After doing my online research and seeing that most of the vacuums were at Godfrey's, I decided to go to a physical store. Started off good. The rep was happy to let me try the vacuum cleaner I originally wanted to purchase. He got me to try another which was good but wasn't quite what I was looking for. Here, the suggestion became a nudge. Enter the manager. The nudge became a push and when I insisted on trying a cheaper, more compact version of the item they were trying to pressure me to buy, I was told to "Google it". I'm not a time waster (I even said he should serve other customers in between so I can check more products) - when I ask questions and want to try the product it's because I WANT TO BUY IT! Lost a sale here - going to another branch - hopefully their customer service is better.

Very pushy sales person who was trying to up sell and would not take no for an answer. If I had not already brought my item from a junior sales person I would have left. Will not go back
