I bought my Miele C3 vac online and missed out on important (but not intuitive) key usage instructions resulting, to my horror, in dust entering the motor of my new vac - even after I had taken great care to make sure the bag was changed etc. Took it to Vac Galore for service. Thank goodness I did. They serviced my machine and clearly explained what to look out for. I found them very professional, and knowledgable with excellent communication. I highly recommend.

George is the vacuum guru. He was very friendly & proffessional & very knowledgable. Took the time to explain everything in detail about my new vacuum. I purchused a Miele vacuum cleaner which is amazing. it was German made & made in Germany. He sells the best quality vacuums. i came back a week later and he fixed my Dyson perfectly. I highly recommend vac galore.

Owner George has extensive knowledge about vacuums. If you want genuine honest service I would go to him to get your vacuum repaired! It's hard these days to find honest people and George always gives me genuine service and quotes. He also sells bags and repairs older quality machines, instead of throwing out and buying a cheap one he is always willing to assist in anyway. I highly recommend seeing him for vacuum repairs, bags, new machines or vacuum parts!
