We recently had some home renovations completed and had the absolute pleasure of shopping with Beaumonts in Warrnambool. We first purchased tiles from Beaumonts 5 years ago and dealt with the Manager, Tom. We were lucky enough to again have Tom help us, and although his jokes have not improved, his customer service is still amazing . We are not particularly creative, and a little indecisive, but Tom was an amazing help and nothing was too much trouble. Even when I changed my mind about some of our choices, he was incredibly patient and happy to offer suggestions. It is so nice to be able to shop somewhere and not be pressured into buying a product we don’t need or want. Tom listened to what we were looking for, and helped us pick some great products. We purchased flooring (boards and carpet) as well as tiles, and our home now looks amazing! Thanks Tom, we will be back!

Clean, friendly, ample parking with service road access. Staff are helpful and accommodating as much as possible. More expensive than some of the other comparable companies. I am also a bit disappointed the l am unable to get just one tile (being a very large one) all this stock on the shelves and unable to purchase anything (l am aware it is display stock!) but still annoying!Liz
Great people to deal with
Very expensive for tiles compared to National Tiles or other large department stores. The kid who served us didn't seem to know what she was doing.
Have never had better service. If only all stores were as good. I can recommend if you are looking for a new home or updating give them first shot.
I can't speak highly enough of this business. I had a very small job to do but exactly no knowledge or experience so needed advice as much as anything. A very friendly bloke called Tom,also apparently the owner, looked after us. He offered all the advice I needed, cut a tile to size, offered us coffee and even loaned me the appropriate glue. All worked out well and I won't reveal the cost or all his customers might want the same. I would certainly go straight there when and if I need this type of thing again. Thanks again.
After a few recurring problems at the start, (of no fault of the Warrnambool Store), Tom went above and beyond to rectify the problems. Excellent service all round
Good helpful and friendly service and advice with an extensive range of tiles. Also recommended a number of tilers also.
