I have been a loyal client to this store for over two years now, We are a bathroom renovation company in Sydney that only recommend to use and install Beaumont tiles for all our bathroom projects. The Auburn store in particular are competitive with prices, have the largest showroom and offer fantastic customer service. He was very friendly and professional throughout the entire renovation. My bathroom looks great. Thank you for your great service. Never come here again for any purchase. We bought bathroom tiles and quite a few boxes were broken. They promised to replace with new ones but it never delivered to us. Called several times and ended up nothing. Bad experience and not recommended. Tiles quality is not worth it.
We are building with a project home company. Wehhave an appointment with a tile consultant at the Auburn store in a few weeks time. We went in there today to familiarise ourselves with what they have to offer. Great variety and exceptionally great service from all the staff and Jason. We can't recommend highly enough.
