Pretty easy to deal with and reasonable prices staff know what they are doing
Phoned a day ahead to make sure the tile was in store for us to view as we needed 60m2. Arrived in store to be told the male we spoke to had no idea what was happening in store and the sample we wanted to view was thrown out into the bin 2 days ago. The girls in store were sadly rude and to be honest quite dismissive. Expected us to pay for 60m2 without even touching the tile we wanted. Was promised a follow up call and email to confirm a sample was available to view, 4 days on, no follow up email or phone call to explain. Taken our business elsewhere to local Riviera tiles and ordered our 60m2 from there. Bad form Beaumont Bairnsdale.
