I cannot recommend these guys highly enough, especially Lyndell. She was fabulous in helping to design our bathroom, and helped us select some amazing tiles. Even though I changed my mind a few times she was very patient with me. It is definitely worth checking these guys out because I'm sure you won't be disappointed. I'd recommend them to anyone! In store service with tiles is good. Unfortunately we made the mistake of ordering a vanity unit from Beaumonts Manunda store. We are still waiting on the vanity unit to arrive and it was ordered just over a month ago. The bathroom is complete and still no vanity. We were told it would be there 2 weeks ago. Several phone calls later only to be told the vanity unit is "on the truck from Brisbane". Must be a slow truck because I was told 10 days ago it was "on the truck" and would arrive no later than Friday last week, at the absolute outside. Today I am informed the manufacturer sends the vanity first to Sydney, offloaded, then onloaded again for Brisbane, there is NO designated freight company that the manufacturer uses from Brisbane to get it to Cairns. I asked what is the name of the freight company that has the vanity unit on board? I don't know who that is I was told. Like seriously?????? You cant complain about the service because there is none. Ive lost count of how many phone calls I have made and the multiple new dates the vanity is supposed to turn up and it still hasen't arrived. I will never deal with Beaumont Tiles again. If you need a vanity unit order it from somewhere else who know what they are doing and can deliver the product as promised. Meanwhile I have a finished bathroom minus a vanity unit and you can take a guess as to when it might turn up. Ive been told 3 separate dates its definitely going to turn up now.....still waiting. I wont hold my breath waiting for that to happen. Bottom line - go elsewhere to buy a vanity unit.
Many choices. Friendly staff. Well designed. It would have been better if they had a better program which shows 3D image of the expected design.
