I Bought a 75 inch TV off this company . I've been dealing with may and lily, first tv had a intermittent glitch problem took 8 odd months to get a replacement TV, finally got the new one with 45 delivery fee and I didn't install it straight away as we have 3 tvs and I'm busy with work, when I turned it on for first time the TV has a small crack in the bottom of the screen due to not giving the 24h notice they won't replace the second faulty tv i think these refurbished tvs just keep getting resold im very unhappy with this company and I highly recommend not to use them.
[Negative review withdrawn] These people were fine to deal with - but it was a surprise to read 'Refurbished. No returns possible' on the docket. I upgraded a Ffalcon to a HiSense without issues.
FRAUD COMPANY!!! do NOT shop here! They sold me a TV not only with scratches, but i got home turned it on & it had a red line thru it. They said they’d replace the tv & never got back to me after 4 weeks of texting them asking. 1 month later the remote stopped working, the scratches are all over the tv & there’s still a line going right thru it. I messaged them to tell them I need it replaced or refunded & that it’s been 4 week & they BLOCKED me on Facebook! Absolutely horrible customer service I am in tears. They lie, scam & steal. -Also to note, when I was paying for the tv she was charging me 350, once I pulled out my purse & she saw more money in there she literally said “oh you have lots of money!! Do 450 and I’ll give you warranty” Only to realise these tvs come with warranty anyway!! But warranty doesn’t actually matter in this store when refunds & replacements aren’t allowed? DO NOT buy here.
