Today I received a phone call from Patty, one of the lovely ladies, who works at CFCU at Bankstown. It was a very welcomed surprise to receive this call. It was lovely to be checked upon and asked if everything is well with my family and I amidst the madness and uncertainty caused by covid19. Patty was the reason I transfered my loan to CFCU.Patty is like a family member and was great when I was building my house and the level of service was great . We missed her expertise when she left the Liverpool branch,her knowledge on all the products is great.
