CON ARTISTS. Ordered tumble dryer for 1000 and paid 80 for delivery. Order confirmation email. Waited 2 weeks, not delivery info sent, emailed, not reply. Rang 'oh, will be there by end of the week'. It did not arrive, so rang again 'oh, when you ordered it, it said it was on back order [it did not], be 2 weeks'. Nothing. Rang today, 'we will refund you money as we could not get your dryer'. Whole thing a scam, take your money with no intention of getting you the product. Thank goodness I paid with Paypal, so if my money isn't refunded, I can use Buyer Protection. What a waste of time though.

I've always been skeptical about factory second products but I decided to buy from them because it says on their website they are brand new with minor scratches and dents. Upon receiving the washing machine I immediately realised inside of the machine was splashed with water, and the manual was missing. I was hoping this was tested with water connected prior to shipment but then I found an unmistakable evidence that this washing machine had been well used. The tip of the drain pipe was covered with black scummy mould.

Please don't shop there since they are selling the second hand products at highest price possible to say factory second and the guy who at the casher seems to be the owner of the shop, he is the rudest person in the world and he just said to me that he don't want to make their customer happy. The worest part was he might would do something to me. How does it possible to say such things to their customer. I was about to call the police but I was with my baby so I just let them be. I will never shop there again, hoping that the product has no fault, so I don't need to talk to them again.

Purchased a hisense smart tv with my partner and was extremely impressed with the salesman who assisted us. He was extremely knowledgeable regarding the products and was very helpful in assisting us to make the right purchase. The tv is absolutely stunning in every respect.
