Melissa answered all of them promptly and professionally. The screen turned up earlier than expected and the fit and quality are outstanding. Extremely happy with every aspect of our dealings with this company. We purchased a printed shade wall using a photo we supplied. From first contact to post delivery, customer service and ongoing communication was outstanding. The product we received was of the highest quality and the workmanship excellent. The timeline from first order to the product delivery to our door was also less than three weeks with ongoing contact regarding the status of our order. On the road our shade wall has also attracted a great deal of positive attention regarding the overall effect ands also the quality of materials and manufacturing evident. Highly recommended.
Melissa and Joe have the best customer service ever. We had awning damage on a Thursday and it was measured on Friday, then quoted and photos sent to the Insurance Coy on Friday. The new material was made to size on Saturday and FITTED on our van on SUNDAY !!! Can HIGHLY recommend them for super fast and fantastic work.
