Not even worth one star! Do not buy from this shonky business if you want your Consumer Rights protected! This is how 2 litres of liquid enzyme costing 64.95 arrived. They sent it in a recycled milk container that unsurprising ruptured in the post. Adobe Loos & Worms are blaming the postal system. And so far have refused refund. .......And they continue to have the audacity to blame Australia Post because 2 litre of liquid did not make it in a recycled milk container sent in a plastic post bag. Ask yourself, would it be reasonable to post two litres of milk in a milk container in a plastic bag in the post, and expect it to arrive in the post intact? The answer is No, it is not reasonable...... Then why would it be reasonable to send any other liquid? It is not reasonable or fit for purpose. A recycled milk container is not meant to be used to post fluids. And this seller is SHONKY! Too cheapskate to send expensive liquid enzyme in a proper container fit for purpose. I am the Recycling Queen!... but Shoppers, do yourself a favour do not buy from this SHONKY seller. This opinion is backed by years of Law School education and not "emotive imagery without causal explanation".
