FABULOUS Fabulous: carby parts inc gaskets / diaphram and airfilter for a 40 y/o Alroh Briggs and Stratton powered reel mower on the shelf. Couldnt believe it. Last time this mower needed carby refresh 10 years ago they had the diaphram and gaskets in stock was expecting blank look this time but no problem. Mower now starts 2nd pull from cold like it did when new..........

I am as happy as a piggy in mud!! I purchased an awesome 2nd hand ride on mower at a great price. Mower is in great condition and I am extremely impressed with the customer service I received!! I felt as though I was their favourite customer. Chris and Belinda went out of their way to look after me. I am an old girl and remember good old fashioned customer service!! Thank you guys!!! We recently bought a chainsaw from these guys and had a small issue after purchase. Took it in to them, it was an easy fix & received a litre of oil for our trouble.. Great service, very professional. We'll be back!
I was absolutely blown away today with the response I received from "Belinda". She basically told me that customer service isn't given to people who don't spend alot of money. Little does Belinda know that my partner and I have made substantial purchases in the past and so have my family. To be told that I wasn't important enough to receive an "update phone call" on my chainsaw (I've been waiting just over 2 wks), because it only needed a small and inexpensive part and for her to openly admit if my part was more expensive then more customer service would be given. At a time like this I would have thought that all customers were important and that all customers would 've treated the same. Obviously not. Thanks Belinda you just restored mine and I'm sure others the reason why we don't always shop local.....

Service with a smile! Helpful no BS service! Whenever I have a problem with a chainsaw, blower etc, Chris and Belinda are always friendly and ready to assist. Most of time got the problem sorted on the spot :)
