Starting working with Winning late last year. The service was excellent . Dylan ran through all the options in a way that he wasn't trying to make a quick sale. He took the time to educate. We purchased the Asko dishwasher which we were happy with on the weekend mainly because of the service we got last year. Would use them again 100%.
If you ever have to buy appliances; this is a must. Nothing lined up like the big white goods retailers. All built into situations, friendly expert staff, will price match any quote. This space is to be seen to be believed.

Fabulous store with diverse/outstanding range of products. The customer service from Richard Lovell was without doubt the best I can recall despite the fact he quickly realised I wasn't a 'customer' that day for him. Wouldn't hesitate in sending anyone his way...
Terrible in-store experience. The sales guy was so scripted, we might as well have talked to a robot. We told him we didn't want a steam oven, then he spends 5 minutes talking about steam ovens. He says he doesn't work on commission, but only shows us the top 2 brands they sell. We said we don't want Smeg, so what does he do? Takes us to the Smeg section. We probably would have bought our appliances here if there wasn't a sales person to ruin the experience.
