We recently had 15,000 worth of sliding glass panels installed in our outdoor area . Come home from work to find metal shavings left all over our newly polished concrete floor & the had not sealed around the frame work properly in alot of places & hand prints over every pannel installed was not even attempted to be wiped off OR CLEANED . had a rep come out & have a look at the mess & said yes this is not on & that he will talk to his boss and He will get back to us !!! Well that was 3 weeks ago & because my wife had paid them in full upfront , we have not heard boo from them . They were good to deal with at the start , cheap yes , installtion A MASSIVE LET DOWN . VERY DISSAPOINTED & A SHAME BECAUSE WE HAVE RENERVATIONS STARTING SOON ON OUR HOUSE WITCH REQUIRES MORE GLASS SLIDERS !!!! VERY DISSAPOINTED

Very affordable! Fantastic company to deal with. We just had all of the windows in our home changed over. Kurt and Brooke went above and beyond. There was a small issue with apart of the install and it was resolved quickly and effectively. Thanks so much guys!
I've just had aluminium louvre installed (finally!) and while the product is fine, the service was poor. After a long wait the louvres were delivered, nearly all cut to the wrong sizes and with aluminum shards in the packing. They were eventually collected and several weeks later were replaced (or maybe just recut). I live on Magnetic Iskand off Townsville so a bit of a time delay is normal but this took 9 weeks! My main disappointed was in the customer service, no one bothered to contact me with any explanation, apology or offer. It was as if I just went to the back of the line and had to start all over again as a result of a G.James problem with measuring and cutting and through no fault of my own or my builder's.

Brilliant service. Thanks very much Scott Harris. We were given a quote, but without request, told if they could do it cheaper they would. It was a pleasant surprise that the promise was upheld and actually halved and the quality of installation work was excellent.
Cheapest place I got quoted for glass. Highly recommended. Over half the price of 1 quote I got from another company.
