Went in to the shavershop today to enquire about a toothbrush and hair clipper. The gentleman was helpful and friendly but was obviously new. When it came time to make the purchase and when I had some final questions that the gentleman couldn't answer, I was passed on to the female "manager". She was not helpful, came across as arrogant and her communication manner was condescending. I simply walked out without making the purchase. Will not return to this store and my view of shavershop is now tainted from this experience. Went and purchased the toothbrush at bing lee spending nearly 400.00 there! Need to choose better managers shavershop.

I go to the shaver shop to buy a replacement cutter for my Braun shaver when I need to. Speaking of Braun shavers they have a special on a shaver which works with mains power or a rechargeable battery.

Overall a good experience - I was very glad that they allowed me to exchange a razor for a different one, and they also gave me a discount on the new one because it was a display model without any packaging. The only reason I have given 4 stars is that they couldn't tell me the manufacturer's "friendly" model number of the new razor I was buying (they only gave me a "part number", which I couldn't find on the 'net). Interestingly, I later noticed that the friendly model number was actually printed on the receipt, but it's the wrong number - it's not the razor I got. ;) I'd expect a shop that specialises in shaving products to do better than this.
