Purchased my Craftsman from them a few years ago. within a couple of months it needed new deck spindles because it shouldn't mow or get near water, hmm grass is 90% water?? the hour counter is a no go as are the lights, the steering wheel had to be replaced, continues to wobble around and the seat has cracked, this was all in the first year and yep not covered by warranty it then needed a service, overall the service was more than i pay for my Prado to be serviced. I chose never to go back there as i found someone much better that pick any of my gear, take it away fix it and deliver it back within a few days. Ive never had a service higher that 145.00 hmm go figure. Need to look after your customers and think about your pick and drop of charges, im aprox 2ks from the shop and still 50.00???

Small business that tries and cares about getting it right. Their mechanic gives you a world of confidence and knows his craft. They appear to do repairs for a lot of repeat local contractors which says it all.
