I was fined with 25 minutes still paid. Now I have to go through a long winded process of appealing. Opportunistic and unethical, extremely disappointed. Further update: After submitting an appeal with proof of my payment it was ignored and a further 25.80 was added as a late fee. Don't park here, they are criminals. They know you wont take them to court over 33
