Good place to get bargains on all your sunbeam products. Staff here are friendly and helpful and the store has lots of options and specials. Parking can be a little difficult thanks to the busy road though.

Well done to Sunbeam Factory Outlet in Alexandria NSW. What a great improvement and what a great shopping experience! A year ago I thought I would never come back. The less than busy male staff members at the time were un-engaging and indifferent to my needs as a customer. The one saving grace was that the friendly lady who served me appeared to be the only professional staff member in the place. Thankfully she seems to have outlasted the others and is still here smiling and helping people make their choices. Having shopped here again recently I must say I am very impressed with everything about the store now. All of the staff are friendly and helpful, the same lady served me again and recalled me shopping there before. The current personnel are professional, really know their products and were happy to demonstrate what a particular appliance could do. The service was professional from the moment I entered the store through to completion of the sale – a huge improvement on my first impressions last time. The store is clean, well-organised but obviously busy, and for good reason - Great brand name, great products, professional, friendly and knowledgeable staff and nothing seemed too much trouble. The products I purchased are exactly what I was after and they represent excellent value for money. Excellent products at Factory Outlet prices with great staff helping out by demonstrating their extensive knowledge and friendly professional service. It doesn’t get better than that for a shopping experience. This recent visit was so much better than the last time I visited. I’ll be back and I’m telling everyone.
Great for a bargain! Dont pay full price ever again for electrical goods. Everything comes with a warranty and is practicality in new condition. Prices are great. Range is not huge as the store is small however has the essentials. Limited street parking
The store is fine, but I'm not crazy about the products... Just haven't had much luck with their longevity. Still, if you're in a bind and need a product, it's not a bad idea to stop by.
Attentive staff who were very helpful and they have a great selection at good prices. Note, they are closing down in March 2018 so get in quick!
Good prices, but bad customer service. Very rude ladies working in here who don't give you much time or very polite. If the price wasn't so good I would have walked out and taken my 750 elsewhere!
I LOVE this place. Yes, the products are a bit iffy (2 uber expensive electric blankets dying 12 months after the warranty expired). But how long are expensive consumer items supposed to last, just ask Apple or Samsung. The service is great, the product lines are great, as are the prices. What's not to love about this shop? Just bought a vacuum food sealer and am getting into sous vide. Happy as a pig in proverbial. UPDATE 1 STAR - for reasons only known to Sunbeam they've shut up shop and moved to outer burbs of Melbourne showing utter contempt for their Sydney customers. On top of that, I tried to order a spare part and had the most frustrating customer service interaction with someone purporting to be the manager. I've written Sunbeam out of the will.
