Visited store last week to buy a carpet cleaner, Store Manager Rachael was knowledgeable and helped with the pros and cons of each cleaner. We bought the unit, which suited us and we are very happy. Returned today to buy a timber floor cleaner, and Rachel served us once again. Must say Rachel made us feel special and confident in what we bought. 5 star service

Staff are knowledgeable but I would strongly suggest if you own a cleaning business do NOT purchase your vacuum from any Godfrey's. Nine month old backpack vacuum has been sent to repairs for 6 weeks of that time. Each repair takes 3 weeks or more. If you can't afford to be without a vac for your business for that long go elsewhere, find somewhere that does repairs on site to avoid delays.
If you want to be lied to by sales members so they can secure the sale then this is the place for you. If you value customer service and honesty then I suggest you go elsewhere for your vacuum cleaner needs. Management are aware sales staff lie to customers and do nothing to curb such behaviour. Once the sale is complete they wash their hands if you and refuse to address any issues, instead passing you around from department to department with no one wanting to take any ownership of any issues. Disgraceful company, disgraceful service - buyer beware!!!!!!
Great helpful service went in to buy a good stick vacuum and walked out with two. Thank you I am very happy with them.
