Steve at your braybrook store was a pleasure to deal with . I was purchasing a av cabinet unseen from ex display, and he happily sent me photos and put the unit on hold and did an excellent job wrapping it . I travelled 35km purely because of his service, can do attitude and friendly demeanour.

Purchase of a new TV went flawlessly from phone order to pickup at Sunshine Warehouse. Systems and paperwork all spot on. First and foremost though, it was the best price around.
Initial customer service from Sue was first class, attentive & when she promised to call back - she did & on time. On delivery, Nick & Kane went above & beyond, removing & replacing the front doors on my home to get the huge new French door fridge in. Set it up, took away the old fridge & packaging - no questions asked. Also appreciated being kept up to date on delivery by SMS - have no problem with delivery running late, as long as I'm kept up to date. Would happily make future purchases with Stan Cash.
Mark and his team were fantastic. They were very helpful from start to finish, pointing us in the right direction for the product we wanted (a new fridge), helping with the measurements, explaining the features, ordering, making payment and delivery.
