Would not recommend. Ordered a grey water tank and phoned through for tracking number 10 days later as I hadn't seen the item, couldn't get through to them for 4 days! Was told it had been delivered checked tracking number and delivery had been made to the wrong address. Went into freight company and was told it had been sent back to vendor. A lot of running around and ruined our travel plans. No compensation offered. Finally received tank 17 days after order was placed.

I ordered a water filter online & it arrived in 2 days. The only thing missing was a tracking order so I could follow the delivery to know when to pick it up from Aussie Post. Over all very happy with the service.

I decided to give them a low rating due to having no response to phone call messages I left or messages sent enquiring about a product we ordered online. The product arrived within 4 working days of the order however there was no despatch notification and as we are on the road traveling full time it would have been nice to know how far away the item was from a return phone call or email.

Would not recommend! Our caravan needed a new awning put on- has taken 10 weeks! It’s not the same width as our original one so now we need to buy a new annexe to fit! Another 2750! Was told we couldn’t have same size but have since learned that we could have by another caravan repairer. Has been a terrible experience! Some staff we rude and we were actually told that there was nothing they could do about different sized awning and that their job was done! Don’t trust your van with these people!
