I bought a Zenot fridge/ freezer, arrived looked good and that was it..... never worked properly. Sent it back got given another one, worked for around 3 weeks. Once again didn't work, spoke with Paul in regards to the issue was told more then likely dodgy thermostats, said he would send me new ones. 4 weeks later still nothing, I sent an email asking for a refund by close of business 3 weeks ago. And I haven't received the money yet!

I popped in with a DCDC BATTERY BOX from another company that wasn't charging, not expected to get a result. Well not only was there 3 knowledgeable blokes looking, they fixed the problem within an hour. The service is outa this world, not many people like this now. I offered to pay and was refused, so I'm going back to purchase a battery charger. From a random person who walked in resulted in a 200 sale. Well done guys I will recommend you to everyone who has a 12v issue. Thanks heaps, Steve

I called the store last Thursday and spoke to Paul regarding a wiring harness with a remote control that I purchased from your online store on the 4th of August this year. Monday and Tuesday evening last week when returning to my car the light bar was switched on despite being off when I left the car several hours earlier. Upon explaining this to Paul he advised me that this has been an ongoing issue with these harnesses for the last 2 months approximately having received the same complaint multiple times and is apparently due to the 5G signal being installed in the area. There was no disclaimer on the webpage regarding this ongoing issue with the harness which had I seen, I would not have purchased the product. I requested a refund over the phone which was declined due to the above claim about the 5G signals. I believe I am entitled to a refund as the product is not working how it should and a faulty harness cannot be ruled out as it cannot be proved over the phone that the 5G signals are interfering with the remote harness causing it to turn on. I have since emailed the store as directed by the store, have not heard back yet.
