Disgraceful branch to deal with, if I could give a -5 stars I would. I wanted to open a term investment it was 20 min to close, we cannot do this it takes to long and we are going home in a few minutes. Make an appointment next time or do it online. Never once suggested let’s start the paperwork, get your documents scanned and done so we can verify them in 20 min and this will streamline the process, nothing. Just go away we are going home in a few minutes, very rude, very lazy, customer service was the worst I have endured.
