Extremely poor customer service. Highly incompetent staff. Store is frequently unmanned during prime hours (lunchtime) for extended periods. A faulty vacuum took over 4 weeks to replace. Staff talk to customers in an extremely rude way, with minimal expression allowed by customers as Godfrey's staff love the sound of own voice. Was recommend a particular vacuum by one staff member. Then on a failed attempt for a refund, was told the vacuum was not recommended for what we needed by another staff member. No replacement vacuum offered for the lengthy delays. As business owners who work from home, presentation is paramount. Godfrey's staff have greatly inconvenience our business. Strongly suggest to others investing time at another retail outlet.
