Fantastic customer service, answered all my questions, and patiently even stayed back past shift time to make sure I was serviced properly. Phenomenal and strongly recommended! Was Renting a computer and decided to upgrade after my first 2 years and went on a 5year contract to keep the PC at the end, thought why not I should save the money in a year to fully pay it off, saved 2500 called to pay out my item and was informed that I would be required to pay out the full 5 year contract at over 9000 which was not told to me at the time of signing the contract, R.T Edwards and inRent are not an Australian company worth supporting.
