The staff was very informative,but did not like the fact that the shop reeked of cigarette smoke. This is the second time we have been into the shop with it smelling like smoke

The man who served me was very helpful, what I was looking for was not in stock although he offered for him to order them in, but he also spent some of his time trying to find me an alternative, which he did! He was so lovely about it and told me if it didn't work to bring it back, but it worked and I was extremely impressed.
Very helpful staff - really nice people! However the vacuum I bought 18 months ago and only ever used in the garage broke 4 times already.
Went for so called "expert" advice regarding purchasing a stick vacuum. I was told, after a long discusion, that the hoover would be the best for our needs. It is rubbish. I cannot even clean the edges of floors, it is weak, and a complete waste of my money. Also, if one more sales rep tells me "my mother has one, and loves it" I will explode!!!!!! I will never shop there again. I am disgusted. Phyllis Falcon area
